This website is for all owners of 285 Lynn Shore Drive. We hope you will find this site and its information convenient, along with keeping you informed and more involved in the Association’s day-to-day operations. The site includes easy access to the Association’s By-laws, Rules, news, Board minutes, meeting dates and other informative information for your use. This site is accessible with a designated password and is intended for the sole use of the Association’s co-owners.



We are looking for  one Owner to serve on the Board of Trustees. Please let me know if you are interested in serving.

Board of Trustees holds a monthly meeting on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:45pm.  Owners are welcome to attend the open session of the meeting. After the open session the board will continue to meet with closed doors.

Almost all Banks offer free Bill Pay that you can set up to mail checks on a recurring basis. Not only saving the stamp but also a trip to the  mail box, envelops and tracking payments etc..
